Baking through the Edmonds Classics Cookery book: The next recipe is Bran Biscuits.
The recipe says to use a cup of Flemings Bran Flakes, which don't exist anymore. I wasn't sure if it mean bran or flakes like cornflakes. I ended up chosing oat bran. I don't know if this was correct. The biscuits tasted very healthy and bland. It says you can have them with butter, which made them a bit better.... but no, I don't like bran biscuits.... with the oat bran anyways.
