The next recipe in the Edmonds Classics Cookery Book is Honey Snaps.
The recipe uses 50g of butter and 3 tablespoons of honey, and mentions how you need to drop teaspoons of this on a tray, leaving enough room for the mixture to spread and double in size. The recipe also says it makes 20. I made 11 little balls that didn't spread :D My batter was pretty crumbly. Maybe next time I should use more butter. They honey flavour is really nice though.
